Terms & Conditions

T&C’s for businesses

1. The Competition Period is from 01st July 2021 to 31st June 2022
2. Businesses must be registered in Wollondilly NSW LGA in order to remain an eligible business
3. Entries for the month will close at 5pm on the last day of the month- and prizes will be chosen at random by 5pm on the first day on the following month.
4. By submitting your business to the Shop Local Wollondilly initiative, you agree that your Business
5. Details will be added to the Business Directory on the same website
6. By registering, you confirm that your details may be used to update you on any prizes, notifications and competition updates.
7. We may use your information to enable us to administer the competition, fulfil the prize, and also to conduct research and plan further product and marketing strategies.
8. We may use your information to provide offers from your Local Chamber of Commerce, including promotions and membership.
9. Your business may be used in promotional activities, to encourage engagement in the initiative. This includes promotion on the website and on social media pages.
10. Registered businesses must give customers legitimate “proof of purchase” document, in accordance with ATO requirements, to remain eligible.
11. Customers EXCLUDED from receiving receipts include employees, family and friends, or contractors related to the business.

T&C’s for shoppers

1. By entering, I confirm that my email may be used to update me on any prizes, notifications and competition updates.
2. The Competition Period is from 01st July 2021 to 31st June 2022
3. Entries for the month will close at 5pm on the last day of the month- and prizes will be chosen at random by 5pm on the first day on the following month.
4. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries will receive one (1) prize valued at $200. The next three valid entries randomly drawn will receive one (1) prize each valued at $100 each.
5. You are limited to 1 entry per transaction/1 entry per receiptable transaction (receipts cannot be broken down into individual line items)
6. Entries must be made following the method listed. We accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries. We are not responsible for problems associated with computer or communication networks, whether traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
7. Entrants EXCLUDED from Shop Local Wollondilly competition include employees, family and friends, or contractors related to the business issuing the receipt
8. Entrants must be 18 or over, or have parental permission to enter, including submitting personal details.
9. Photo Identification may be required to redeem prizes.
10. Where the prize is a voucher, you will need to follow the terms & conditions of its use - as listed by the Voucher Supplier. Vouchers are valid until the voucher expiry date. Tickets are valid for the date or period listed on the ticket.
11. Prizes will be purchased from participating Wollondilly Businesses. Shop Local Wollondilly or any of its affiliates are not legally accountable for any external links or any businesses listed on the site, ie if a business ceases operation.
12. Prizes are not exchangeable, or redeemed for cash. No warranties can be made for fitness or suitability of prizes provided by other entities.
13. Total Prize Pool- $6,000
14. Winners will be notified via email. Names and suburb will be announced on the website and on relevant social media pages, including ShopLocalWollondilly.com.au
15. We may use your information to enable us to administer the competition, and fulfil the prize, and also to conduct research and plan further product and marketing strategies.

We may disclose your personal information to:

1. Entities who assist us in administering the competition and fulfilling the prize, including prize suppliers and deliverers
2. Other parties where required by law
